A word of advice, consuming large amounts of protein and fat for just a few days will leave a very terrible taste in your mouth so be sure to rinse your mouth with mouthwash after each meal.

Jenny Craig provides an easy to follow weight loss plan with a gourmet menu and recipes that can all be prepared in well under 10 minutes. This diet works because all of the menu choices are created by nutritionists so your diet will never be lacking in any department. This is what the Jenny Craig company will like you to believe. Many “Craigers” as the individuals on the diet have been nicknamed, all claim that it is a rip off. This diet will not allow you to spend less than $70 per week to follow the diet correctly. Most of everyone who has been on this diet has claimed of weight gain once normal food that were not branded Jenny Craig were introduced to the diet.
Slim Mints Diet.
Now this diet definitely falls into the category of the unhealthy. But for the sake of being informed we will cover it. The Slim mint diet is a diet that consists of eating only slim mints. This diet was created not by a doctor or nutritionist, but by women in desperation to lose massive amounts of unhealthy weight in a short period of time. Bottom line is this diet obviously works, but is verging on Anorexic. Any diet that restricts an enormous amount of calories will definitely allow you to lose weight. However sticking to the Slim Mints “diet” is very tough, and not a long term fix for weight loss. Women who have been on this diet all claim to have lost an incredible amount of weight and they are all pleased with the fact that this diet plan is so inexpensive. I do not recommend this diet, it does not contain enough calories to keep you functioning at your highest potential. You will feel dizzy and deprived and ultimately binge, this can result in an eating disorder over time.
